Livestream Troubleshooting

        If you are experiencing issues, please try the below tasks to troubleshoot the issue!

• Refresh the page - Often , simply refreshing the page is all that is needed to help!
• Use Google Chrome - Google Chrome is the recommended browser for  viewing our livestreams. (Google Chrome download here).
• Too many devices - You may have other devices that are using up your bandwidth! Go around your home and either shut down devices or put devices into airplane mode to ensure you are getting all of the bandwidth!
• Lower the video resolution - The internet in your home might not be suitable for an HD livestream. You can click the gear in the lower right corner of the video player in order to lower the resolution.
