With Matt’s busy teaching schedule, he is not currently offering private sessions. If and when that changes, you will see it announced in our newsletter.
Our recommendation in the meantime would be to plug into the healing transmission of energies and messages through more than 200 free videos on our YouTube channel, our free monthly Project Resolution series and our Total Integration program.
We also provide daily teachings/offerings on Facebook, and in our e-newsletters. There is SO much content and healing there. We have seen it all work miracles in people’s lives sometimes just from watching just one video, or by applying something in their lives from one of the “featured teachings” in our newsletters.
And, please check our events calendar to see if we will be visiting a city near you.
Can Matt answer my personal question(s) via email?
Due to the high volume of emails and requests, Matt is unable to respond to personal questions sent via email, but is always holding space for your healing. Matt does love answering your questions in his Total Integration calls, Angel Academy calls, and at his live events.

I can’t find my ticket in my email inbox.
For tickets purchased through BrightStar Events click: https://tickets.brightstarevents.com/my-tickets/login and you will see the tickets that you have purchased once you log in.

Can I have a refund for my tickets?
As posted on the BrightStar Events system before purchase and final check out, refunds are not offered on tickets (just like if you were to buy a ticket through Ticketmaster), and non-transferable between All For Love events. So, if you are not able to come, please feel free to sell or give your ticket (with the barcode for check-in) to a friend.

Tickets for retreats do have a set refund schedule that is posted on the event listing. Please contact email@example.com if you need to request a refund for a retreat ticket.

When are the live calls with Matt? Is there a calendar?
Matt is facilitating these live calls every other Wednesday starting March 27th 2019, and they take place at 4pm Pacific / 7pm Eastern. The 2020 calendar:
If I can’t attend the calls live, will I have access to the recordings?
Yes. All recordings become accessible in the Total Integration member area within 24 hours of each live call.
Can I / we interact with Matt on the calls?
Matt will offer Q&A’s and live interactions / coaching with members from time to time. So yes!
Do you offer discounts to people who've taken past Angel Academies, or other All For Love programs?
Total Integration includes 78 sessions of past Angel Academies (some of which have never been released) and discounts on future events - so there are no add’l discounts available at this time.
Do you offer Paypal as a payment option?
Yes, PayPal is now an option!
How does the annual membership work and renew? Is my card billed automatically? And if so, when? The monthly?
Payment will be deducted automatically exactly one year from the time you enrolled in Total Integration. For a monthly membership, payment will be deducted exactly one month from the date that you enrolled.

Should I wait to sign up for the monthly membership until the first of the month?
No need to wait! Your monthly membership will start on the day you enroll and your first month’s membership will extend until the same date the following month.
Do you offer a payment plan for the annual membership option?
We do not offer a payment plan, but we do offer the monthly subscription option of $39/month to access the live calls and recordings. (Please note, the monthly plan does not provide access to the additional content and discounts.)
If I signed up for the monthly plan can I switch to the annual and apply what I’ve paid so far?
To switch from monthly to annual, you’ll simply end your monthly subscription and purchase a new annual membership. Applying what you’ve paid isn’t an ‘apples to apples’ transition because annual memberships provide you with lots of additional content and discounts.

What if I need to suspend my membership or cancel it. How do I do that?
If you need to cancel or suspend your membership, sign into your account: https://hq247.customerhub.net, choose the tab “My Account” and you will see an option to cancel your membership, either monthly or yearly. If I signed up for the yearly membership, how do I obtain the discount code for the next in-person retreat and Angel Academy?
The coupon codes for accessing the 20% discount will be sent via email to all Total Integration annual members when retreat and Angel Academy registration periods are opened.

Once logged in, if you are on a mobile device, press the button that says “Menu” in the upper right corner of the screen. Your “Maui 2020” livestream page will be under "Livestream" -- other cities will appear as the tour progresses. Click on the city that you'll be streaming/replaying.
If you are on a computer, -- please hover over the “Livestream” header in the menu and your livestream page will appear! Click on the city you'll be streaming/replaying.
Can you extend my replay viewing past the deadline?
Livestream replays are available for a limited pre-agreed amount of time. We are not able to extend the viewing time on an individual basis. Please plan your viewing time ahead so that you can fully enjoy the teachings.

Logging in - If you have trouble, you may need to refresh your browser or try using another browser (Also see “lost my login information” above)
It’s not playing smoothly - Refresh the page - Often, simply refreshing the page is all that is needed to help.
Use Google Chrome - Google Chrome is the recommended browser for viewing our livestreams. (Google Chrome download here).
Not enough bandwidth -Too many devices - You may have other devices that are using up your bandwidth! Go around your home and either shut down devices or put devices into airplane mode to ensure you are getting all of the bandwidth.
Lower the video resolution - The internet in your home might not be suitable for an HD livestream. You can click the gear in the lower right corner of the video player in order to lower the resolution.
